Hi! I was not aware that there were restrictions on power banks, and have unfortunatly bought 5 10000 mAh (37 Wh) xiaomi power banks as (late) christmas presents for my siblings. They are unopened and in the original packaging. Is there any possible way I can get them all on the plane? I have bought an extra carry on luggage for my flight, will this have any impact? Thanks in advance for the help!
Hello! hello, the power bank can only be carried by the passengers themselves or be put into the carry-on baggage inatead of the check-in baggage.if the rate capacity of power bank is not greater than 100wh,no approval by the airlines is required;if the rated capacity is greater than 100wh but not greater than 160wh,upon approval by the airlines, the power bank can be carried on the flight, but each passenger is only allowed to carry no more than 2 power banks.
but,normally,100wh=20000mah,your power bank is too big in this connection,so ,maybe only can make sure with the security check at the point that you can take it or not. Thanks!

China Southern Airlines has a flight that reaches terminal 2 and I throw three hours and 20 minutes later for Athens with AirChina. what's the procedural again I'm lugging. transfer from terminal 2 to 3 how is it done?
Hello! Dear passenger :
Sorry, we haven't checked your CZ344 flight information yet, if you confirm that it is T2 flight transfer to T3 flight departure. There is a free shuttle bus between the terminals. The departure time is: 24-hour operation, 06:000-23:00, no more than 10 minutes, 23:00-06:00, no more than 15 minutes. there is no traffic jam for about 15-20 minutes. It takes about 40 minutes to pick up the baggage from the domestic port, and it takes about 60 minutes to pick up the baggage from international port. The international flight of T3 starts to check-in 3-4 hours before departure, and the check-in is closed 60-75 minutes in advance. Please according to these information arrange your own time, and I suggest you can confirm with your airline company.

At the T2 ,Generally, international flights before 4hours open the check in counter and before 75minutes close the check in counter. Please according to these information arrange your own time, and I suggest you can confirm with your airline company. Thanks!

Hello! Hello, if your two flights are both in the T3 terminal, there is an international transfer international counter in the terminal, but you need to consult the airline, whether you can transfer directly inside, and whether your baggage is straight Hanging, the time required for the specific transfer, we can not determine for you, you need to see the on-site traffic, I suggest you consult with the airline in detail, thank you for your understanding and support. Thanks!

Hello! Dear passenger,
Thank you for your letter. Under normal circumstances, foreigners who travel within 24 hours are exempt from visas. The main point is to check your documents. You can also call 56095400 to confirm that you are two different terminals and need to pick you up. Baggage, check-in again Thanks!
I am a South African citizen flying from Seoul to Cape Town via Beijing. I have to transfer from Korean Air to Ethiopian Air in Beijing. I am aware that I don't need a visa if I'm transferring within 24 hours. But, will I be able to check in my baggage again? Because I'm sure I'll have to recheck it because I'm changing airlines.
Hello! Hello, if you are flying on different airlines and the baggage needs to be re-extracted, then in general, you need to re-apply for baggage. It is recommended that you confirm with your airline. Thanks!
