1. The charge standard is enforced according to the Document No.1860 in 2004 and No.181 in 2008 of Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform. 2. Those that park for less than half an hour will be charged as parking for half an hour; those whose parking lengths do not reach the top daily charge should be charged according to the hourly charges. 3. (1) To apply for parking cards for private cars requires vehicle license and the ID of vehicle owner. After the validation of the vehicle as non-operational, the vehicle will be registered, the card-application agreement will be signed, and the application procedures will be completed according to charge standard.
(2) To apply for public car parking cards requires vehicle license and certification from the organization. After the validation of the vehicle as non-operational, the vehicle will be registered, the card application agreement will be signed, and the application procedures will be completed according to charge standard.
(3) Long-term parking cards are divided into the three categories: monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
