In order to ensure that all shareholders of the Company enjoy equal status and are able to exercise their rights effectively, the Company holds shareholders' meetings every year in strict compliance with the regular requirements. In order to ensure the connected transactions are fair and reasonable, in passing resolutions concerning connected transactions in shareholders' meetings, the parent company, being a connected person of the Company, will abstain from voting. Independent non-executive Directors of the Company ensure full disclosure of the details and performance of the connected transactions every year.
