In order to promote the energy conservation and emission reduction and build green airport, and provide passengers with more convenient and high quality travel experience, BCIA presents a taxi sharing service at B2 taxi station of T3.
It is reported that, the service hour of taxi sharing service is from 16:00 to 02:00. In case of adverse weather conditions such as snow and rain, this service will be offered 24hours a day. Passengers with taxi sharing demand can scan two-dimension code on Roll Screen, or download APP of car sharing software, to choose to publish the route in real time. After filling in the destination and telephone number, system will automatically match a passenger with the similar route, and inform the passenger to find taxi sharer. After contact between two parties, they “meet” at the taxi sharing area, and share the taxi to the destination.
To better promote the taxi sharing operation, BCIA set up guiding sign and roll screen to guide passengers who share taxis. Meanwhile, they assign designated persons to the site to assist passengers to use this application and answer the related questions raised by passengers. In addition, according the actual operation and feedback from the taxi sharing experience of passengers, BCIA will organize related departments to conduct regular analysis, so as to further optimize operation procedure, refine the service links, and enhance car sharing efficiency, so as to ensure the smooth operation of taxi sharing operation, and improve the service quality of this application.
