The airport service ambassadors provide you with warm and considerate services.

Airport service ambassadors of Inquiry Service Counter provide incoming and outgoing passengers with inquiry services related to passenger procedure, flight information, terminal building passenger service facilities, etc;

Airport service ambassadors provide special assistance and services to the senior, young, sick, handicapped or pregnant passengers;

Airport service ambassadors provide instructions on any procedure that you go through in the terminal building;

If you need any help in the terminal building, please contact the airport service ambassadors. The airport service ambassadors will serve you in each area of the terminal building on a mobile basis.
