Terminal 2 is opposite to Gate 14 on Floor 2, with service hours from 6:30 to 21:30 and service hotline as 010-64590360;
Terminal 3 is located on the north to Check-in Area H on Floor 4, with service hours from 6:00 to 21:00 and service hotline as 010-64530016;
Any passenger with the following demands during the non-service hours of the Business Center can go to the Passenger Service Center of each Terminal for printing or copying.
Passengers are required to print the Exit & Entry Permit for the Taiwan Area of the Republic of China, E-visa and the Itinerary/Receipt of Return Ticket when going through the check-in procedures.
Passengers applying for a temporary certificate for taking the flight are required to print the Residence Registration Certificate.
Anyone claiming the lost items is required to print the identity document.
