Our Passenger Service Center provides the following services to the elderly, the sick, the handicapped, children, pregnant women and other people with special needs (hereafter “special passengers”) so as to facilitate their trips.
A) Wheelchair
Free wheelchairs for passengers who have difficulties in moving and have not applied to the airline company for special services;
B) Free Skycap Service and trolleys
Free Skycap Service within terminals for special passengers;
C) Services for a Group of Handicapped Passengers
Upon the request of an airline company or a group of handicapped passengers, the Passenger Service Center may send Airport Service Ambassadors or skycaps to provide assistance from the boarding gate all the way to the roadway outside the terminal building;
D) Escort
Escort special passengers through the airport;
E) Free winter clothes storage
Special passengers going to warm areas may leave their winter clothes with the storage between October 1 and March 1 next year;
F) Paging service
Paging service is available for passengers with special needs (only in T1 and T2);
G) Free battery-powered cart
Free battery-powered carts for passengers with special needs.
