Temporary Certificates

• If passengers find their valid certificate missing, damaged or out of date, they can go to Room 22008, the location of security inspection police station, to get a temporary certificate. This is necessary in going through the checking procedure.

• If passengers lost belongings in the station building, please contact with lost belonging claim office, room 12026, located near gate 15 on the first floor. It is the security inspection police station.

Electric tickets

• Air China sets No. 47 and 46 electric tickets counters in the departure hall. Passengers holding electric tickets should go through the payment and booking procedures at these two counters.
• Addition:Air China Company sets up an electronic free tickets counter to the east of Island F in domestic embarkation registration hall, which can and only can deal with embarkation registration procedures for those passengers holding electronic free tickets; a embarkation registration counter of passengers without luggage is set up to the east of Island G, specially providing service of boarding registration for the passengers without luggage consigned.

Passengers' Changeroom

• To facilitate your changing clothing, the passenger's changeroom is set up in the picking-up hall of luggage, located to the east of No.14 turnplate of domestic picking-up hall of luggage and near the No.4 turnplate of international picking-up hall of luggage.
