Parking Garage No. 3 is located to the south of T3, which is an oval building with a total construction area of 348,310 ㎡ and a height of 27.162m.Parking Garage No. 3 has a station for airport express railway on F2 as well as a channel leading to T3. On F1 there are the Business District, the police station, office area, etc. B1 of parking garage No. 3 is now available for parking of passenger vehicles, offering 3300 installs of which are for vehicles of the physically challenged passengers, and medium-sized bus; in the parking area, there are four sub-exits and four sub-entries along the outer ring.

Remarks	1. The charge standard is enforced according to the Document No.1860 in 2004 and No.181 in 2008 of Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform. 2. Those that park for less than half an hour will be charged as parking for half an hour; those whose parking lengths do not reach the top daily charge should be charged according to the hourly charges. 3. Capital Airport reserves the rights for adjustment of the discount prices. 4. Service supervision number: 64532046.

Kind Reminders

1. Non-operational public vehicles can enjoy a discount charge when long-term parking cards are applied for.

(1) Non-operational public cars: RMB 5760/year;

(2) Non-operational private cars: RMB 3600/year;

(3) The charge standard does not include the collateral or printing cost.

2. Procedures for card application

(1) To apply for parking cards for private cars requires vehicle license and the ID of vehicle owner. After the validation of the vehicle as non-operational, the vehicle will be registered, the card-application agreement will be signed, and the application procedures will be completed according to charge standard.

(2) To apply for public car parking cards requires vehicle license and certification from the organization. After the validation of the vehicle as non-operational, the vehicle will be registered, the card application agreement will be signed, and the application procedures will be completed according to charge standard.

(3) Long-term parking cards are divided into the three categories: monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
